Over 450 schoolchildren visit the 'Lynx territories' exhibition in the Natural Park of Alvão (Portugal)

Over 450 students from different school years have visited the Life Iberlince project exhibition 'Lynx territories' in the Information and Interpretation Centre of the Natural Park of Alvão (Portugal). In this showing, visitors were able to expand their knowledge about the Iberian lynx’s biology, the main threats to its conservation, as well as the work carried out by Iberlince in Portuguese territory.

This is another environmental education initiative focused, on one hand, on the dissemination of endangered wild species and, on the other, on raising awareness among students regarding the important role that this species plays in the balance of ecosystems and, consequently, the preservation of biodiversity.
